THE STORY:  “…As she continued her stroll, Martha decided to cross the street over to the other side.  This was a neighbourhood know for its graffiti.  She was always fascinated by the talent of some of these artists, but what impressed her most was their ability to put a focus on the things in life that matter most.  Much to her delight, she came across another piece that spoke of love and compassion for animals!  It was of a small child feeding a flock of birds behind a sign erected near the wall that read, “Please Don’t Feed the Birds”.  She roared with laughter at the boldness of not only painting an image of a child feeding birds a hand full of seeds, but at the boldness of putting a whole bag of bird food available to feed many birds!  As she walked away continuing on her walk, she couldn’t rid her mind of that cute message of defiance and compassion.  She chuckled…”
